ReadySetConnect allows you to easily add new services to a client's profile or modify existing ones. This ensures accurate tracking of the services provided and facilitates comprehensive client management.
Step-by-Step Guide to Adding or Modifying Client Services:

Navigate to the Clients Section:
- Log in to your ReadySetConnect account.
- From the main navigation menu (usually on the left side), click on the "Clients" icon or link. This will display your list of clients.

Select the Client:
- On the Clients page, locate the client for whom you want to add or modify services. You can use the search bar or filters to find them.
- Click on the client's name or the edit icon (often a pen icon) next to their name to open their client profile.

Access Advanced Options:
- Once the client's profile details appear in an overlay window, locate and click on "Advanced Options" at the top of this window. This section contains various settings for the client.

Go to the "Service" Tab:
- Within the client's advanced options, navigate to the "Service" tab. This tab is specifically for managing the services assigned to the client.

Add or Select a Service:
- Under the "Service" tab, you will see a "Select Services" dropdown menu.
- Click on this dropdown and choose the service you wish to add for the client from the list of available services (e.g., "APE Assessment," "APE Treatment," etc.).

Fill Out Service Information:
- After selecting a service, new fields will appear below it, allowing you to enter specific details for that service. These fields typically include:
- Authorization Start Date / End Date: The period during which the service is authorized.
- Authorization Number: Any relevant authorization code.
- Active: A toggle to indicate if the service is currently active.
- Status: The current status of the service (e.g., Active, Pending).
- Clinician for [Service Name]: Assign the primary clinician responsible for this service.
- Frequency / Frequency Type: How often the service will occur.
- Services Per: Details on service units.
- Service Location: Whether the service is virtual, in-person, etc.
- Recurring: A toggle for recurring services.
- Fill out all the necessary information accurately for the selected service.

Save Your Changes:
- Once all the service details have been entered, click the "Save" button, usually located at the bottom right of the service details section. This will apply all changes to the client's service profile.
