Navigate to the Reports Section:
- Log in to your ReadySetConnect account.
- From the main navigation menu (usually on the left side), click on the "Reports" icon or link. This will open the reports dashboard.

Select "Detailed Reports":
- Within the "Reports" section, choose "Detailed Reports". This option is usually found in a sub-menu or as a direct button.

Configure Your Report Filters:
- On the Detailed Report page, you will see various filter options to customize your report:
- Select a Clinician: Use the dropdown menu to choose specific clinicians, or select "All Clinician" to include data from all practitioners.
- Select a Date Range: Click the calendar icon to select a specific date range for the events you want to include in your report.
- Select Event Type: You can specify the type of event you want to report on (e.g., "Appointment" or "General Event").
- Select the Status: Choose the status(es) of the events you wish to see (e.g., "Scheduled," "Completed," "No Show," "Canceled"). You can typically select multiple statuses.
- Search (Optional): Use the search bar to filter events by keyword if needed.
- On the Detailed Report page, you will see various filter options to customize your report:

Retrieve Events:
- After setting your desired filters, click the "Retrieve Events" button. The system will then display the matching appointments and events below the filters.
Exporting Your Report to CSV:
To export the generated report for use in spreadsheet programs like Microsoft Excel:

Click the Excel Icon:
- After retrieving your events, you will see an Excel icon (often a green 'X' or similar spreadsheet symbol) usually located near the "Retrieve Events" button.
- Click this Excel icon.

Download the Report:
- The report will be immediately downloaded to your device as a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file. This file can then be opened and edited using any spreadsheet software.
Important Notes:
- Data Integrity: Ensure your event statuses and clinician assignments are accurate within the platform for precise reporting.
- Browser Downloads: Check your browser's download folder for the exported CSV file.
