Edit Status of Appointments

Keep your records accurate and timesheets correct by updating appointment statuses!

  1. Go to "My Calendar" (🗓️ icon).
  2. Select the appointment you wish to update.
  3. In the top left corner of the appointment pop-up box, click the "Status" dropdown menu.
  4. Choose the new status (e.g., Scheduled, Completed, No Show, Canceled).
  5. Click "Save" or confirm the update (usually by closing the pop-up or clicking an update button).
