ReadySetConnect allows you to securely upload and store important files directly within a client's record. This centralizes all relevant documents, making them easily accessible for your team and improving overall client management.

Step-by-Step Guide to Uploading Files:

  1. Navigate to the Clients Section:

    • Log in to your ReadySetConnect account.
    • From the main navigation menu (usually on the left side), click on the "Clients" icon or link. This will display your list of clients.

(Image 1 for visual reference: Shows the main "Clients" list.)

  2. Select the Client:

    • On the Clients page, locate the client to whose record you wish to upload files. You can use the search bar or filters to find them quickly.
    • Click on the client's name or the edit icon (often a pen icon) next to their name to open their client profile and advanced options.
  3. Access Advanced Options:

    • Once the client's profile details appear in an overlay window, locate and click on "Advanced Options" at the top of this window.

  4. Go to the "Files" Tab:

    • Within the client's advanced options, navigate to the "Files" tab. This tab is specifically for managing documents related to the client.

  5. Upload Your Files:

    • You will see a designated upload area within the "Files" tab. You can upload files in two ways:
      • Drag & Drop: Simply drag your desired files from your computer's desktop or folder directly into the dotted upload area.
      • Click to Upload: Click anywhere inside the dotted upload area (or on the upload icon within it). A file browser window will appear, allowing you to select files from your computer.
    • Supported File Types: You can upload documents, PDFs, images, and other common file types. The system typically supports .doc, .docx, .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, and similar formats.
    • Upload Limit: You can upload up to 3 documents at a time using this method. If you have more, you'll need to repeat the process.
  6. Save Your Changes (if applicable):

    • After uploading the files, look for a "Save" or "Update" button, usually at the bottom of the client's advanced options window. Click this button to ensure your uploaded files are securely saved to the client's record.
