Forgot Password Reset Steps

1. Click "Forgot Password"
   → On the ReadySetConnect login page, click "Forgot Password?" (typically near the password field).

2. Enter Your Email
   → In the recovery pop-up, enter the exact email address used for your ReadySetConnect account.
   → Example: RSC2@scippreference.com (from your profile screenshot).

3. Check Your Email
   → Open the inbox of the email you entered.
   → Look for an email from ReadySetConnect with subject like:
   "Password Reset Instructions" or "Reset Your ReadySetConnect Password".
   → *(Check spam/promotions folders if not received within 5 mins)*.

4. Follow Email Instructions
   → Click the "Reset Password" link in the email (expires in 1-24 hrs typically).
   → Do not share this link – it’s unique to your account.

5. Create New Password
   → On the password reset page:

   • New Password (enter your new password)

   • Confirm New Password (re-enter it)
     → Follow password rules (e.g., 8+ chars, numbers/symbols).

6. Save & Login
   → Click "Reset Password" or "Submit".
   → Return to ReadySetConnect and log in with your new password.
