Video Tutorial:
1. Access the Reports Tab

From your dashboard, click Reports in the main menu.
2. Select a Client

Use the Client Dropdown to choose the client you need notes for.

Tip: Search by name or ID for faster results.
3. Filter by Event Type

Select an Event Category (e.g., “Therapy Session,” “Consultation”).

Toggle between “Appointment” or “Event” to refine results.
4. Choose a Service

Pick the specific service from the list (e.g., Speech Therapy, Counseling).

Note: Only services tied to the client’s profile will appear.
5. Set the Date Range

Use the calendar tool to select:

A single date (e.g., today’s session).
-
A custom range (e.g., Jan 1 – Mar 31, 2024).

6. Generate Notes
-
Click Generate Session Notes.

The system will display all notes matching your filters.
7. Review & Export

Preview: Scroll through notes on-screen to verify accuracy.
-
Download: Click Export as PDF to save a digital copy.
-
Print: Click Print for a physical copy.
