Some clients may be terminated or discontinued from their services. To inactivate a client, go to Clients > Select a Client > Advanced Options > Uncheck the Is Client Active box > Save.
Client information can still be accessed on the platform after being inactivated. To check for Inactive Clients, go to Clients > Select Inactive Clients on the dropdown menu.
