Navigate to Settings:
- Log in to your ReadySetConnect account.
- In the upper right corner of the page, locate and click the gear icon (⚙️) to open the settings menu.
- From the dropdown, select "Settings".

Access Roles:
- Within the Settings menu, click on the "Access Roles" tab. This section is where you define permissions for different user roles within your platform.

Select "Organization" Role:
- On the "Access Roles" page, you will see a list of predefined roles. Click on the "Organization" role to view and modify its access rights. (Refer to the image below for visual guidance, specifically the highlighted "Organization" section in the left panel.)

Configure Access Rights:
- Once you've selected "Organization," a list of various data categories and functionalities will appear on the right side.
- To grant access to specific information (like service logs, reports, etc.), locate the corresponding item in the list and toggle on the switch next to it.
- The toggles are located on the far right of each item. Turn the switch from off (grey) to on (typically orange or green) for each type of information you wish the organization to view.
- For example, to grant access to service logs, look for options like "Service Logs," "Detailed Reports," or similar terms and toggle them on.

Save Changes:
- After making your selections, ensure you click the "Save" or "Update" button (usually located in the top right corner or bottom of the page) to apply the changes.
What Payors/Organizations Can See:
Once you have granted access, your client organizations or payors will be able to log into their dedicated portal and view the specific information categories that you have enabled. This empowers them with self-service access to data that is relevant to them.
