How to Manage User Roles & Permissions

Navigate to Access Roles

Go to Settings → Access Roles (as shown in your screenshot)

Note: Only account owners/subscribers have full access to this section

Select or Create a Role

Choose an existing role (e.g., "Admin," "Clinician," "Billing Staff")

Or click "+ New Role" to create custom roles (e.g., "Intern," "Insurance Specialist")

Modify Permissions

For each feature (e.g., "Session Notes," "Billing," "Client Records"):

Toggle ON (➊) to grant access

Toggle OFF (➋) to restrict access

Hover over buttons to see tooltips explaining each permission
