How to Manage User Roles & Permissions

  1. Navigate to Access Roles

    • Go to Settings → Access Roles (as shown in your screenshot)

    • Note: Only account owners/subscribers have full access to this section

  2. Select or Create a Role

    • Choose an existing role (e.g., "Admin," "Clinician," "Billing Staff")

    • Or click "+ New Role" to create custom roles (e.g., "Intern," "Insurance Specialist")

  3. Modify Permissions

    • For each feature (e.g., "Session Notes," "Billing," "Client Records"):

      • Toggle ON (➊) to grant access

      • Toggle OFF (➋) to restrict access

    • Hover over buttons to see tooltips explaining each permission
