STEP 4: Schedule an Appointment

  1. Access Your Calendar

    • Navigate to My Calendar from the dashboard.

  2. Choose Date & Time

    • Click Select Time and Day to open the scheduling interface.

  3. Add Appointment Details

    • Client: Select the client’s name from the dropdown.

    • Service: Choose the relevant service (e.g., consultation, therapy session).

    • Clinician: Assign the staff member responsible for the appointment.

    • Supervisor (Optional): Add a supervisor if oversight is required.

  4. Configure Session Settings

    • Date/Time: Confirm the selected date and time.

    • Repeat (Optional): Enable recurrence for recurring appointments (daily/weekly).

  5. Set Up Virtual Sessions

    • Toggle Create Video Conference to Yes if the appointment is virtual.

    • Tip: A unique link will auto-generate once saved. Share this with participants.

  6. Save the Appointment

    • Click Save to finalize. A confirmation email will be sent to all participants.


Additional Notes

  • Double-Check Time Zones: Ensure the time zone matches the client’s location.

  • Editing Appointments: Return to My Calendar to modify or cancel appointments.
