Remote Desktop Control

To allow remote desktop control on virtual sessions, both users must be logged in to their BlueJeans desktop apps. If you access the meeting link using a Google Chrome browser, you will still see the option to provide remote access control. However, you will only see an option to download the app and switch to your BlueJeans desktop application.

To provide remote desktop control, go to People > click the name of the client > on the drop-down, select Remote Desktop Control. Please be reminded that if the client needs to access the clinician's screen, they will be the ones to request access and do these steps, not the clinician. The client needs to click on People > click the clinician name > on the drop-down, select Remote Desktop Control.

Once the client clicks on the remote desktop control button, the clinician will receive a pop-up box that enables them to accept the client’s request to control the screen or not.

Once you click Accept, the client can access to the clinician's screen and can control anything displayed.
