Set up Reminders

1. Access Calendar Event
→ Go to Calendar
→ Select client's appointment

2. Set Email Reminders
→ Click "Set Reminders"
→ Select "Email Reminder"
→ Choose time before appointment (e.g., 1 hour, 1 day)
→ 📧 Select emails or type custom addresses
→ Click "Set Email Reminders"

3. Set Text Reminders
→ Select "Text Reminder"
→ Choose time before appointment
→ 📱 Select numbers or type custom numbers
→ Click "Set Text Reminder"
